Types of Relationships
Introducer:
This is the simplest arrangement, and can cater to non regulated companies or individuals. You introduce prospect clients to us, who we contract with directly. A monthly rebate is paid to you based on the trading activity of the introduced client.
Introducing Broker:
If you are a regulated broker and want to offer CFDs to your client base, this is the simplest method. Your clients will be contracting directly with GNI touch®, MF Global UK Limited. However you will continue to handle the broking relationship (through a limited Power of Attorney).
This method also allows you to take advantage of our extensive white labelling solutions. You will be assigned your own personal web link enabling you to download client account opening paperwork, branded with your logo and corporate colours. Both our GNI touch® software and reporting system eMIDAS can also be white labelled.

Wholesale – Sub accounts:
With a wholesale set-up we contract directly with you. For each client of yours that opens a CFD account, we create a sub-account,
in your name. Each sub-account can be set to charge the commission and financing rates that you determine.
GNI touch will rebate to you at the end of the month any commission and funding interest paid over the rates you agree with us.
This set-up is beneficial as you retain client anonymity whilst also being able to use our leading risk management systems.
We can also white label our trading platform, online reporting systems and daily account summaries, allowing you to offer back-office functionality to your clients.
Wholesale - Omnibus accounts:
If you are looking to maintain the greatest control this option will be best for you. You are given one account number, and you will allocate trades in your own back office systems to your various clients. Flexibility increases as you manage the risk and report to your clients in a way that best suits you. GNI touch® can supply data in numerous formats to help you with this.
